What cuts the manager's workload
Residents never pay
Residents never pay Bina anything. They see their balance, why they owe it, and where the money went.
"I paid" with the receipt
A resident reports a transfer with the bank receipt (dekont), and you confirm it. While it waits for you, no late fee runs on the amount it covers.
Bank statement
Upload the CSV or Excel file from your bank. Payments are matched to units by the payment code written in the transfer description.
Expenses with receipts, monthly report
Record each expense with its receipt, and scan it with the camera. Every month ends in a report the residents can read.
Statement without the app
Send a private link to a unit's statement to someone who does not have the app. They see the balance, the open charges, the last 12 months and how to pay.
Year end
Plan the year's budget, then close the year with an account the residents can check line by line. Export the decision book for the notary-certified book, and make a unit's debt statement for the enforcement office (icra).
